Welcome to Panda

This installer sets up the Panda desktop app for macOS and the background components it needs to connect securely.

• Panda.app: the menu bar app for quick connection, mode, and kill switch controls.
• pandad: the background service that owns VPN routing, DNS, firewall, and runtime state.
• panda: the command-line tool for automation, diagnostics, and advanced workflows.
• Privileged helper: the shared macOS helper used for system network changes.

This package replaces the legacy Panda Qt app while keeping the new CLI and daemon installed as part of the same desktop product.

macOS may ask for administrator approval while installing or updating background components.
